If the weather outside is crappy, inside you'll still be happy :) The greatest advantage of this apt. when compared to studio apts. in downtown Belgrade is that you don't just get a little bit of maneuvering space around the bed and a kitchenette,you enjoy a SPACIOUS APARTMENT with an amazing view of few of Belgrade's old-town quarters and Belgrade Waterfront. Best feature is that the kitchen & dining are separated areas from living/bedroom area so the apartment is both cozy and functional! New, fully renovated, very SPACIOUS and unique Studio Apartment located in pin-point downtown central location so any place in downtown area is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It is also located right next to the most significant public bus stop with connections to all parts of Belgrade, both exploring by foot or transportation is as easy as it can be. Equipped with all necessities, separate kitchen, bathroom & dining area. The apartment is private, bright, airy with nice night lighting, on the 4th floor (please note that most of the old townhouses do not have an elevator). The flat itself is ideal for a couple but can easily accommodate one additional person at no extra charge! In winter time it's very warm so even if the temperatures go below zero, you'll walk around the apartment as if it is summer time.
地理位置非常优越,贝尔格莱德老城主要景点步行即达,紧邻共和国广场5分钟步行,向北卡莱梅格丹城堡20分钟步行,向南圣萨瓦教堂30分钟步行。楼下有网红面包店,过马路就是公交车站和市场,机场72路即达,周六上午10点左右看到人气很旺,草莓300到400第纳尔每公斤。公寓是老房子但装修过,干净,设施齐全。唯一需要注意老房子没电梯需要手提行李上五楼。房东热情友好,见面就告诉喜欢中国,去过广东十六次。北京出发到达贝尔格莱德早8点,前面房客已经退房就直接让我们入住了。非常推荐的公寓!
位置:出门就是公交换乘站,四通八达,交通十分便利。门口还有地下通道,过马路也很方便。周边配套很完善,餐饮店、超市、药店等等,距离都不远。重要的城市地标基本都在步行可以到达的范围,特别好。 设施:公寓是传统的老房子,很有地方特色,家的氛围也很浓郁,大大的窗户可以看到美美的街景,房间采光也很棒。公寓楼十分宁静而干净,各种生活用品也很齐全,做什么都很方便。 沟通:房东回复很及时,也很慷慨,是个善解人意又好沟通的人,沟通方式非常令人舒服。 唯一美中不足的是没有电梯,老楼嘛,也能理解。 总之,居住体验真的很不错。
The apartment is located steps away from Belgrade's biggest Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Market if you feel like having a organic home cooked meal. There are a few 24/7 bakeries literally 20-30m away from the building entrance, money exchange office is just opposite, pharmacy, 3 public garages - all less than 200m away... This area is important to people living in Belgrade as it's the starting point of most of the public bus lines that connect whole of Belgrade and as such it's always a happening part of town. You can really get the feel of Belgrade's soul if you STAY CLOSE TO IT'S HEART!
