The area of Kensal Green/Kensal Rise is a very quiet one, located in zone 2 close to central London, and well served by tube overground and buses: bus 18 to Baker Street and Euston, bus 52 to Kensington and Victoria. The two-floor house is typically English, but only the cosy flat on the ground floor is the one for Airbnb rent. The room at the bottom of a corridor is isolated and silent, big enough and comfortable, with availability of everything might be necessary. I particularly appreciated the presence of a side table, both for computer working and for eating when necessary. Wi-fi is good and strong. The lady owner is kind and reserved, and always available for whatever you need. Moreover, the accessibility from the room to a backyard is a plus and, for the ones who love pets, the good company of two nice cats will be assured.

I had a wonderful time staying at Regine's! The room was comfortable and it has a beautiful garden right outside the doors. I felt right at home and Regine was a lovely host. Her cats Jiji and Nona were also fantastic hosts and it was so nice having them there. The area is quiet and transit is easily accessible. Parking is another story but with the accessibility to transit you really don't need a vehicle. I highly recommend staying with Regine and the kitties if you're visiting London!

J'ai adoré chaque seconde et je me suis immédiatement sentie chez moi! L'agencement de l'appartement se prête vraiment bien au partage tout en permettant l'intimité de chacun.e. Régine est très accueillante, chaleureuse et prête à vous conseiller dans tous les domaines. Elle met même une étagère de son frigo à votre disposition. Ses chats, Lola et Gigi font partie du "package" et elles sont adorables et câlines si vous leur tendez la perche. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les transports en commun et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer à deux pas. Enfin, que dire de la très jolie chambre bien agencée et très confortable qui donne sur un ravissant petit jardin! Merci Régine, tout était picco bello 🙏. A bientôt j'espère.

Regine's place is easily 10/10. The house and the bedroom is very comfortable, having a garden access is great too and you can open the balcony door to the garden for fresh air or sit outside when the weather is nice. Regine will make you feel at home straight away, I had great conversations with Regine and she'll provide you with anything you need during your stay, and great recommendations, whether it is places to see or eat or the best way to get somewhere. If you love animals, her cats Jiji and Nona loves company and will hang out with you around the house. It is also very well situated, you have an endless choices of public transportation nearby that can take you anywhere you want to go (multiple bus lines, the Overground and the Underground) you can reach Heathrow and Gatwick in about an hour and most of Central London attractions in about half an hour. It's only been a couple days since I finished my stay here but I can't wait to return and stay in London again at Regine's place

I had a wonderful stay at Regine’s beautiful flat. The room was spotless and comfortable. I could easily come and go as I pleased. I had access to laundry, a shelf in the fridge, and a shelf in the bathroom. Extra linens were easily accessible. The flat is in a safe area. I came home late after musicals and never had any worries walking from the Tube. The location was well connected to the rest of the city. Regine and her daughter and cats were all lovely. I would definitely stay again!!
