'Pay by Phone' on street parking, bike hire, Smart TV and Fibre Optic Wi-Fi. Located on a quiet residential West Kensington Street [3 minute’s walk to the Olympia Exhibition Centre], our well-appointed flatlet [18.70 sq. m/201 sq. ft] is perfect for the independent traveller or business visitor and offers all the comforts of home. Bedroom, Private Bathroom and FULLY FITTED KITCHEN for your own use. Single bedroom [bed 3ft/91cm wide] with fitted wardrobes over-looking the pretty garden. There is a desk in the room if you wish to work during your visit. The flatlet is accessed via a shared [with us] front entrance door and has its own door within our quarters so is completely private. For guests staying longer than 1 week there will be a mandatory charge of GBP 30.00 per weekly changing of towels, linens, full clean etc., to be paid at the end of a guest's stay. the flatlet is fully equipped with ... Flat screen Smart TV, alarm clock, BT Infinity fibre optic Wi-Fi [free], burglar alarm [covering our quarters as well as your own] . Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, FM radio; a fan if the weather gets too warm and a convector heater if summer nights are chilly. These 3 rooms [detail below] are centrally heated during the winter months. Copious bedding, linen and towels are provided with a choice of summer or winter weight duvets, together with a bed throw. Private bathroom with hand basin, lavatory, bath and hand-shower. Fully fitted kitchen for your own use - breakfast bar, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, ‘fridge, sink, toaster, kettle, combined washer/dryer, cutlery, china, glass, pots and pans and all the usual kitchen paraphernalia – including basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil etc.] - that you have in your kitchen at home. Nespresso coffee machine available, with several capsules, upon request. Carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarms are in situ, together with a First Aid kit. Garden – there is direct access from your kitchen to the pretty, brick paved garden which you are free to use; it has a table, chairs, an external power supply and garden lighting. Provisions – in order that you do not need to go shopping immediately upon arrival, and so you can make a Continental Breakfast, I will provide you - free of charge - with milk, eggs, bread, butter, yoghourts, cereals, OJ, bottled water and fruit, marmalade and jam, tea and instant and ground coffee too. Pasta and a bottled sauce, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, crisp breads and other dry goods are also provided so you can make yourself a quick supper. If you have any dietary preferences, do let me know. For longer stay guests, a single inflatable bed is provided for an occasional overnight or weekend visitor, subject prior agreement with me, please. There will be an additional charge for the occasional visitor to cover provision of and cleaning of bed linens and towels.
