What a dream! It’s like staying in your own home (with fancier toilets). We spent most of our time out and about, but it was great to have such a comfortable place to rest and relax at the end of the day.

Place was great and perfect for what we were looking for. Easily accessible street parking and walking distance to Wrigleyville. Interior of the apartment was immaculate and nicely organized for our stay. Brian was clear with his communication and answered any questions we had promptly!

Brian's place is top notch!! Very modern tech, clean and close to the red line train. Parking was a bit hectic however the passes he provides were very helpful. We will definitely book with him again!

Fabulous stay! We traveled with folks who've had less than perfect airbnb stays previously, so they were hesitant, but after 15 minutes in Brian's place, they were happy campers! Squeaky clean, but personal touches so didn't feel sterile. Fabulous features including heated tile floors and towel racks, bidets, gorgeous appliances, comfortable and clean beds, phone chargers by the bed, large TV, rockstar coffee maker and access to everything a home should have. We immediately felt right at home, and so nice to have 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms. We walked to an awesome sushi place (twice!), a good burger joint and also a pizza place after a concert at Soldier Field that was open until 2am and totally hit the spot. :) Redline close by but we got an uber to Wrigley for $11, and hopped on Lake Shore Drive for a quick trip to Navy Pier. This is a great place to call home when you are enjoying Chicago and we would absolutely stay again! Honestly, not a single complaint. Go Hawks!
