Had a long stay here for a month as we just moved back to LA from Chicago and needed somewhere to stay while we looked for a place. Alex was incredibly accommodating and the place felt very safe and secure. Lots of places to walk to, and the neighborhood felt safe as well. Alex was very responsive to any messages we needed to send and was incredibly friendly. Space felt cozy and was quiet. There was even a kumquat tree right outside the door! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

My only regret staying at Alex’s is that the stay was so short— a wonderful space and great value for the price. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Getting to the place was fairly easy by car. It is located in a quiet town right by the main road so the street sounds can get loud especially in the morning where people are commuting to work etc. The place is a garage turned into a guest house so it can get a little chilly at night but there is a workable heater to warm the place up. Beds were comfy and shower/washroom is clean. One thing to note though is that if it is your first time driving and parking in LA, there are certain areas to avoid parking even if it’s right in front of the place by the street. We had no clue so we got a ticket for it but Alex was helpful enough to help us out with the areas that we are allowed to park and the timings that follow it. Communications with Alex was clear and he is very responsive and friendly to help out with anything. All in all, it’s a lovely safe place to live at!

The studio is very clean and nice, the location is great. I would recommend to my friends.
