We stayed here for three days with Ian. He was very flexible with check-in times and let us check-in at 10:30am! Our room was spotless and definitely the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed during a busy time so all the other rooms were occupied but didn’t bump into any of the other occupants during our stay. Lastly Betty is the cutest poodle ever and such a sweetie. Overall a very comfortable stay and no complaints :)

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I asked Ian if I could check in obscenely early and not only was I able to, he paid for my coffee. The room with the en suite is huge and very comfortable. Ian made sure the communal tea and fruit and biscuits was always topped up. Very responsive via text and nothing was ever a problem. Clean the whole time. A few other guests in other rooms but I hardly saw or heard them. Felt right at home. His dog Betty is an delight. Right next to Lygon St and all that it has to offer on a row of gorgeous old 2-story terraced houses. Highly highly recommended, especially if you are new to Melbourne.

Excellent host who went out of his way to be helpful. Spotlessly clean if a little old fashioned. The accommodation had character. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian.
