I really liked Kate and Dan's studio. A detached small garden house next to the owner's main house with a shared garden. The studio has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable, soft bed, shower room stocked with soap, shampoo and hair conditioner, excellent water flow and hot water. There is a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, and a small set of dishes. The room is small but cozy, there is an armchair and a small table, magazines for reading. I had a great time in Preston; it is a very comfortable and convenient area of ​​Melbourne, with easy access to the city center by public transport. The tram stop is a stone's throw from the studio, and there is a metro station nearby. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. There are parks nearby for walking and relaxing. Mary Creek Trail is amazing! Thanks to the owners for the coziness and comfort

Kate and Dan’s studio was a lovely space. Peaceful, relaxing and cosy. Added bonus was Hamish and Nessie the dogs!
