Joe’s place is a delightful getaway — 2 very comfortable full beds (in separate bedrooms), 1 pullout, great kitchen & bath with laundry and a gorgeous view. The sunsets are amazing. Joe’s place if full of lovely touches — automatic rolling shades, great kitchen gadgets, decor/art, etc. It’s 5 min from Golden Gardens park with is a wonderful park to walk along the water and enjoy the sunset. We enjoyed restaurants in Ballard and an easy enough commute to Green Lake, downtown and UW areas. Lovely Air BnB!

Joe's place was amazing as soon as we waked in the door. It is exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I visited with friends for a wedding. While we lived in Seattle for 5 years previously, it’s always nice to discover new pockets of the city and this hidden gem in particular. When I look for an AirBNB, I look for beautiful spaces in proximity to where I’ll be and what I’ll need. Joe’s place has all that and more! It’s glaring how much thought went into the details of this space right down to heated bathroom floors and moody lighting. This stay was a dream to return back to at the end of the day and the cherry on top of a memorable trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place! Walkable to Downtown Ballard and Golden Gardens park. Thoughtful care was put into the design of the home. Guests are advised to bring their own coffee! While there was fancy coffee equipment beans are not provided. Would definitely stay again!
