Both apartments share similar characteristics and are located at the same address, providing greater flexibility for the duration of your stay. Both apartments are situated on the top floor of our building and are similar in size and features. Due to the East and South orientation, both terraces enjoy plenty of sunlight. The current photos are reliable and showcase functional furniture that ensures your comfort during your stay. However, please be aware that some furniture may be replaced or updated without prior notice with similar, more convenient options selected by the property. Differences between both apartments: Apartment #62: Slightly smaller apartment (38 m2 / 409 sf) with a larger rectangular South-facing terrace (44 m2 / 469 sf) with views of Montjuïc Mountain. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, while the living room bathroom includes a sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a washing-dryer machine and a larger fridge. Apartment #61: Slightly larger apartment (49 m2 / 484 sf) with a smaller East-facing terrace (30m2 / 322 sf) offering views of Sagrada Familia and downtown. Both bathrooms feature showers, and the terrace includes a room with a washing machine and dryer. Can you choose the specific penthouse with a terrace for your stay? Most of the times, it is not possible, if it were always possible, we would have made two differentiated announcements.
