The place is very unique. Well located, good for long stays. There is basically everything you need to live in the place. Reza always responded with promptly and helped. I had an issue with the pipes in the bathroom because of toilet when I was just for 4 days, but he resolved things after some times... The only things that bothered me was the cleaning of the place that was not very cleaned, specially on the fridge - a couple of flies inside - that was not a real problem, I just cleaned, but I recommend to have more care with that particular thing. Overall, I really recommend the place for basically any person that wishes to stay for long periods and have all of comfort that your house has too. Reza let some products and amenities for use and the things are very useful for whom travels for long distances and will stay for more time, like I did. For sure is very recommended for med students or healthcare workers that will go to Medical Center, because is very close to bus and metro.

It was a nice play to stay, close to Hermann Park and some museums. Reza is very attentive.
