Staying at Rich's Airbnb was great. From the moment I booked, Rich was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a great stay at Richard’s place for two nights while commuting into DC for work. It was an easy shot into the city which made my commute a breeze. Richard was very good at communicating and greeted me during check in despite my late arrival. The room was very private and very comfortable with a private bath and private entrance. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous view of the city and a lovely pool to boot! I would happily stay here again.

Had a good, short stay here. Clean space, pool and lovely view just outside my door. We had a small communications snafu but all worked out well. This room is very convenient to Regan airport and downtown DC by Metro.
