Viva’s place is cute. It has a great view of SF. To be fair; it’s really hard to have faith in Airbnb reviews; We don’t want to say bad things that might sway others from staying here. I believe because of the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is on edge, scared and struggling to make sense about these uncertain times. To be honest, the place was not cleaned to our expectations. We reached out to Viva-she responded-and made restitutions. I would hope Viva takes our concerns and makes her place even better than it already is. A few touch-ups and it would be a beautiful place to call home.

I stayed here with my wife for about 7 weeks during a renovation- a very functional space with great views! Having laundry, a dishwasher, and a lovely living space was ideal!

Great view, comfy bed, excellent bath tub, cute retro feel! The only downside was that while the kitchen has cooking equipment, the pots and pans are way too large for the number of people that could realistically stay in the house. This made cooking a bit cumbersome during our longer stay. Also, there's a quirky monkey painting over the bed. My wife was a little weirded out by it, but there were no phantom monkey howls at any point in the stay, so pretty sure it's not haunted.

This is a great place, with an absolutely spectacular view of the city, Market Street and the Bay. As noted, the front entrance is on one of SF's interesting stair streets. Check in was straightforward and easy; the place was clean and spacious. The rain-style shower was lovely. The kitchen is full, stocked with essentials. Important to know: - even though the entrance is on stairs, you don't have to worry about garbage/recycling - they come down to pick it up. - it's about a 10-15 min walk to the Castro Street area - the neighborhood is quiet and the place feels private

Highly recommend to stay. beautiful place and comfortable bed! NP is a amazing host and you definitely need to meet her!
