Ann was a legend & made us feel right at home! The room had an unreal view and was in a great location for getting into town.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house is situated on top of a hill looking over the city, and has spectacular views from all the rooms. I was immediately struck by the amazing light that floods into the house from the enormous windows. With its high ceilings, the whole house feels light and airy. I preferred it to the hotels I’ve stayed in the city, because you can’t beat that view! The comfortable bedroom is very nice. Two large windows look out on to the city, diagonally. The large private bathroom has a wonderful vintage bathtub as well as a shower. Ann was helpful and responsive from the start. I came to Wellington to perform in the fringe festival. Ann even brought friends to my show! I enjoyed the easy down hill walk from the house into the city, about 40 minutes to the Hannah theatre by the water front. There are nature trails all around the house. I could also easily get an Uber to the city, which cost about 12 NZ, and took about 12 minutes. This was a brilliant find for me!

We really enjoy the days staying Ann’s place. It is just what we want. Clean and Cozy and those information Ann left for us is quite helpful! We will definitely come back. Thanks again for everything you have done for us

This is great value! I loved my stay at Ann’s. The house is lovely as was the bedroom with views over the city and the harbour, and a private bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot bath. Ann has lots of pointers about what to do and see. It’s also right by a bus route into town. Thanks for a great stay Ann. I’ll be back for sure.
