The location is fabulous, and the host is a nice guy, but we were the first guests to stay at this rental and the reality is that it just wasn't ready for guests. We had to depart the next day after checking in. As hosts ourselves since 2010, we provided direct and honest feedback to the host about what he needs to do to finalize the apartment so that it is fully suitable for guests and we are confident that he will make these final adjustments. my guess is in a couple of days it will be ready to rent. On the positive side, the couch and mattresses were all brand new.
