Location, location, location! Small but cosy room in an art deco apartment in the heart of Melbourne CBD provides access to all Melbourne has to offer owing its location next to Melbourne Central. This is THE center of the center. Share the apartment with me and 1 or 2 other guests. Please read entire listing before booking. There is no open-able window but there is fixed, transparent glass wall with nice city/road view plus sunlight. No air conditioner but heater and fan are provided. Living room is merged with dining area (see dining area photos) as the unit is meant to be functional, designed for active tourists who are always on the go, mostly out and about to check out Melbourne city and prefer functionality over comfort that comes with a living room. A new state of the art, beans to cup coffee machine (Delonghi Primadonna Elite Experience) is also provided for the guest to make barista like coffee at a touch of a button (see photo under kitchen section). If you are a coffee lover, you are in for a treat. If you are not one, this might just be the moment you might fall in love with coffee :) There are one and half bathrooms (see pictures) and they are shared. There has been no issue with cleanliness because I clean them daily (but don't expect hospital grade cleanliness). However, very very occasionally there might be small wait to use shower in the morning. So far only 1 out of 100 guests has complained about having to wait for bathroom use. If you are here for work and need to leave early morning at a fixed time, let me know so I can coordinate the use of bathroom with others to allow you priority.
