María’s place was perfect for our weekend! The apartment was just as described but the view is what took our breath away. It was one of our favorite stays in the Miami area for sure

It was lovely! I would just mention that the construction next door is listed in the description under IMPORTANT but it’s not super clear what it means, and it’s worth looking into before booking. Otherwise really nice apartment with a gorgeous view

You might regret not booking this one. Maria place is wonderful. Clean, neat and has everything you need to have an enjoyable experience. The resort is wonderful. We stayed for fun, and truly enjoyed the staff and friendliness of the entire resort. We will definitely recommend and revisit.

My husband and I just got back from a 10-day stay at the Marenas Resort in Maria’s unit 2104 (from Mar 24 to Apr 3, 2024). We enjoyed our stay very much, it met our needs. We have stayed at the Marenas Resort before and always enjoy our stay. 2104 is an updated unit (kitchen, bedroom & living room furniture) but could need some minor maintenance updates. Marenas staff was always ready to assist in replenishing our toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, coffee etc. Will definitely use María again next time we stay in Sunny Isles. Nancy Blainville, Quebec
