Loved this place! Instructions and assistance were all perfect, the building oozes character and it's a great area with plenty of options. Extremely good value for money and would happily recommend.

Exactly as described. My single room was small - but clean with TV and en suite, and was exactly what I needed. Costa was a very responsive host with clear communication and great instructions. Would definitely recommend as a well placed low cost alternative for staying in Oxford.

I will definitely book here again next time I stay in Oxford. Really convenient location, beautiful characterful building, well maintained, well organised facilities. My favourite thing was that unlike many top hotels, the cup and saucer provided were big enough to make a decent cup of tea. I wasnt sure what to expect for this (relatively cheap) price, but it was far better than expected, fluffy white towels, nice bedlinen, no frills no problems. Access info was really clear and easy to follow, v responsive to questions.

Very clean and tidy. This is a hotel stay and not a stay as a guest in a personal residence. I would point one area for improvement and one area for awareness. Evidently there was a message with check-in instructions. Airbnb did not deliver the message to me. However, the Airbnb posting web page for accommodation stated on 13 January go to the reception - so I went to the reception. Costa seemed irritated. I recommend updating the posting and removing the instructions to go to reception if that is not desired. On the awareness point be mindful that since this is a hotel a strict checkout time will apply. In this case 10am. Not the best if one is tired from travels. Overall good accommodation at a reasonable price for Oxford but take into account the above.

The room itself was well equipped. Costa was very helpful - he let me in late at night when I couldn’t figure how to open the door.
