Surprising good little hotel for the cost. Great value for money and location. Room is small but clean, with all the amenities and being centrally located, close to two train stations with numerous lines. Great place for staying the night before flying out from Heathrow with direct line to airport. Would stay again for a night or two before flying out.

All staff at reception were lovely, and room was exactly as expected. Area is beautiful and right near Hyde Park and walking distance to popular suburbs like Soho and Mayfair. Daily turn down service is a bonus!

Awesome location, close to public attractions & transport. Room was smaller than what appears in photo's, bathroom needs a reburishment as mentioned in many other reviews. Biggest issue was £20 to hold luggage after 1pm on day of check out. (in listung there is no mention of a charge). Contacted host who assured us this was a miss understanding & reception would refund. Approached reception & they would not refund. It felt like a scam as initally they wantted to charge £40, but we refused! Whilst the host was incredibly responsive & helpful Airbnb (the host) & hotel management need to come to an agreement with the luagge storage issue.
