This accommodation is the best possible in my opinion, I stayed there for over 3 months. It is both very well located and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Penny is a fantastic host who will always be available for you, and communication with her is easy and responsive. I recommend 110% for those who want accommodation in Houston, near Washington Street.

Penny is an amazing host! She is exceedingly friendly, kind and personable, and was super responsive. She made me feel welcome even before moving in. Her place is fantastic! It is bright, cheery, and very clean and conveniently located, especially to downtown where I work. The room is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the pic. I highly recommend staying here.

mi estancia con penny fue buena, nuncala conocí pero me respondió rápido. Tuve dudas en las instrucciones de llegada pues no las había visto pero me ayudo penny, estuvo el lugar cómodoy bien de espacio, cre que estaríabien que hubiera tazas de cristal ya que a las que teníaacceso solo era de plástico, una almohada olíaa sucio pero de ahí en fuera no tuve inconvenientes. penny siempre estuvo atenta a lo que se le preguntara

Penny's home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Her kitchen is amazing. Everything was neatly arranged and labeled. As a host, she was very communicative and accommodating. Truly a gem! I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Highly recommended host who is flexible, helpful and will go beyond to make your stay comfortable. For me, this included helping combat some sciatic pain issues.
