Loved this little space! Had everything we needed and more! It was a great neighborhood, and easy to walk to the T. We would stay again for sure.

The apartment was mostly good, it's in a nice area and very close to a T station on the orange line. The bed linen was clean and fresh, there were plenty of towels and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. They had a reusable K cup capsule machine. However, the bed was too soft, there were dishes with grease/food still stuck to them (this is a problem in all Airbnbs that don't have a dishwasher), the shower ran between hot and cold and had low water pressure, there was only a bed side cabinet/table on one side of the bed. There were no clear check out instructions in the apartment. We enjoyed Boston and the apartment was good but could be excellent if some small issues were fixed.

This was just perfect. I loved the location, I lived a block away years ago, so it was very easy for me to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone. I loved it. Thank you, attention to details in the accommodations, so cute.

This studio was a great stop for our quick trip to Boston. It’s close to public transit with a CVS, Whole Foods, and restaurants all within 15 min walking distance. The AC was great, bed comfortable, and nice touches in the kitchen like tea, coffee, olive oil, and a strainer. The studio is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is connected to the side of the house with a separate entrance for privacy.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip w/ my girlfriend & absolutely loved it! Though we never interacted in person, it's easy to see that Riyo an excellent host. I got a text 2 days prior to our stay w/ videos on how to access the apartment (access code, etc). Check-in & check-out were flexible & completely self-guided. The apartment had an amazingly cozy vibe. There was a small kitchen, bathroom with a washer/dryer & a bedroom. Super nice, perfect size, & felt like home! In terms of location, in my opinion it was perfect. JP is a residential area of Boston & there were local shops and restaurants as well as stores like CVS and Whole Foods all within a 10 minute walk! Riyo also provided a list of stores, activities, & restaurants with lots of details! The T stop is 3 minutes away & has a bike rental station as well! It takes 15 minutes max to get into the heart of Boston & is just a straight shot, no switching trains if you don't want to! I can't wait to come back & stay here again!
