房间很小，但是独立空间，有独立卫生间，非常方便，离首尔站很近，面向街边，位置很好找，周围吃饭也方便，离地铁站很近，推荐入住

Host was very responsive, hospitable, and overall great service! Place was also right in front of the bus station. Station is also one of the airport bus stops which makes it very convenient. Host tried to accommodate all our requests. A lot of coffee shops and local restaurants in the area too. Just two bus stops away from Seoul station which makes it even more convenient. If looking for a cheap place to stay, this place is definitely recommended!

Bad impression. I asked for the room number (one day before), they lacked the communication a couple of times until even we already arrived. The notice should have been delivered before the client checked in. And the staffs seemed confused and didn't even know about our reservation. It was very unprofessional. Secondly, when we entered the room, we realized the heating was out of service. As of the time in Seoul now, the temperature could be down to just 6/7. The blanket was not thick enough to cover the coldness during the night. It's very important to tell the clients first instead of doing nothing in advance. Thirdly, during the time we were there, there was a huge bin for putting trash on the corridor. It was huge enough, yet the maintainance staff wasn't able to clean it on time and the trash was flowing out and spread all over the corridor floor, which was a part of place we needed to cross by in order to go downstairs and leave. It was smelly, and there was no staff to report.
