Kayren embraces hosting elevating it to a new level. It's like staying in your cool sisters Hollywood apartment with a pool, hot tub, flowering trees and private gardens between you and her. When needed she instantly responds. The house is gated and secure which for me, a solo traveler, is an important comfort. After living in AirBNB's full time, I have high expectations! This place meets and exceeds.... private patio, big comfy bed, extra bedding, full access to washer dryer, extra towels, paper products, pool + hot tub operate from an app on your phone, trees full of oranges and lemons, charging for electric car, a huge big screen tv comes down from the ceiling, and a spa-style bath. It's a big, well equipped studio in the middle of of Hollywood . Last night, on my 2nd floor patio, I had sushi by candle-lit lanterns while a pair of hummingbirds dipped in/out of a bush of pink roses! Watching podcasts on the deck has become my new evening pastime! You'll love it!

Loved loved loved staying here. Kayren’s place was just what I was looking for during my stay in LA. Great location convenient to so many places and also very private inside the space. Kayren could not have been more helpful, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommend

Loved staying at this Airbnb during my time in LA. The location is great, the host AMAZING and the unit was spotless. Kayren made me feel at home from the moment I booked the Airbnb. She was super helpful during my stay and was always making sure I was taken care of. The apartment was great and had all the amenities needed for my stay. If you are looking to stay at a relatively quiet area but close to the main attractions, then this is the place for you! I would highly recommend this unit and Kayren to family and friends. Looking forward to coming back already :)
