A comfortable place with plenty of space. Well equipped for a few nights with a good kitchen, lounge and dining area. Clean and tidy.

Very enjoyable stay. Good location, easy access to Oxford city centre. Great accommodation. We liked the large kitchen area. many thanks to our hosts, for great communication, and some nice touches like a loaf of bread and some milk in the fridge waiting for us. Thank you!

Place was ok to find . I only stayed for 2 nights so cannot say much. Never met the host so cannot say how they were. There was some rules and instruction listed in the house, also the host telephone bumber was there if needs be. I had a good 2 nights. The only thing I would say that bothers me a lot was the radiator that ticks like a clock so loud which was so irritating for me due to my Nerves. I was so happy that the bedroom was upstairs so I won't hear it. Overall nice place clean and quiet. Thank you for having me stay at your place.

We both enjoyed our short break at Charlotte's Annexe. It was what we were looking for, great location and peaceful and cosy... Charlotte was brilliant at communication and nothing was too much trouble for her... Would book again and recommend
