I had a great month long stay with Lisa and Yogesh. The bedroom, bathroom, and office were clean, well-decorated, and filled with natural light. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the different options for pillows. The in-person check-in was easy, and I appreciated Lisa being flexible when I had a last minute change in timing, I really appreciated having a private office. The desk chair was comfortable, and I had no issues with the wifi, which is important since I have frequent video calls for work. The rooms are on the second floor facing a great room where people come and go all day, so if you're especially sensitive to noise or like to sleep late, you might want to bring earplugs. I was a little concerned about being so far from DC when I booked the room but the location turned out to be great. It's a 10 minute walk from the Friendship Heights station, and the bus to Bethesda takes 5 minutes. You can take the red line right into the heart of DC. Overall it was a great stay!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay here a lot, the host put a lot of effort and thoughts into designing their home to make it aesthetic and comfortable, I learned a lot of helpful tips about home design from them, which is a nice bonus on top of all the modern amenities. Very nice family, highly recommended.

I spent three months here and honestly, I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying with Lisa and Yogesh. They are incredible people and a lovely family. I mostly kept to myself and would occasionally say hello to Lisa and Yogesh, and other housemates, who I rarely noticed were even home. In fact, one woman was there almost a month and we never met. I work from home and definitely needed the office space. I would occasionally sit outdoors by the Koy pond and admire the fish. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was more spacious than it seems in photos. The closet had plenty of space for all my clothes, and the balcony was such a lovely addition. The kitchen had just enough tools for me to cook simple foods. I bought my own seasonings, and the shelf in the fridge and drawer for pantry items was enough to store my items, and I put all other items in my room. I was so fortunate to find this space during my transition into the DMV. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time here. The hosts are friendly and will engage as much or as little as you desire. The home is as pictured (arguably better in person). The area is very walkable with lots of options for shopping and exercise. I stayed for a couple of months, so for a short or longer period of time this would be a good stay.

Lisa and her family are extremely hospitable and try their best to provide a comfortable experience through providing teas or coffee to guests, a nice sit down in the zen garden, and great conversation. The home is beautiful as well as ideally located in close proximity to many nice restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
