You can not find a better location to stay in Rome! We took the Leonardo Express from the airport and had no problem finding it from Roma Termini. We used the Metro the entire time, which saved us both money and time. There are so many amazing restaurants and shops all around Francesca's place. We loved the amazing terrace and spent so much relaxing time on it reading and drinking wine. We loved the large windows and only had to minimally use the AC at night. Francesca responded quickly every time I text her and was great to work with. The building has good security measures, and we felt very safe. Oh, did I mention the views? They are incredible from here! This place truly added to our overall experience in Rome.

My husband and I loved our stay at David’s place. We enjoyed the eclectic decor, but mostly the beautiful terraces with ample living space within each garden area. We did not want to leave. Our favorite airbnb thus far! Just gorgeous with beautiful city views.

Francesca’s place is so big for Italy even though it is one bedroom there are 2 bathrooms ; a little exercise nook; a sun room a dining room a kitchen and living room plus bedroom which are all big rooms with lots of places to relax in. The outside double story terrace is just as big as the inside if not bigger. A great place to stay in Rome I would say about half way from all the historical ruins to the shopping streets of Rome. It is surrounded by restaurants and little supermarkets. The bedroom has great big windows lots of storage but is quiet and peaceful to sleep. The views from this apartment are amazing!!! Stunning Francesca was always available and organized great drivers with beautiful cars to pick us up from the airport. Great stay

We had a great time at Francesca’s rooftop apartment and Rome and can’t wait to go back! Location, location, location!!!! Across the street from hop on hop off bus stop which is very convenient for city exploration on your own. Train station Roma Termini is 10 min walk if you choose to take day trips. Also has great spots to eat inside at I’ll Mercato Centrale. Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore is right next to apartment building and definitely needs to be seen! And amazing roof terrace with panoramic views of Rome! We loved it especially all the beautiful flowers. Apartment does have different levels and it takes a bit getting used to it but not a big issue. We didn’t use kitchen much but as far as I can tell it has everything it’s needed. Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods came in handy especially in early mornings! Grocery store is also close by if you need anything! Francesca also arranged transportation from/to airport for us and that was such a piece of mind.
