Sascha is the perfect host: personal, accommodating and a quick and easy communicator. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s. The place was perfect for working in the city for an extended period of time, all amenities available and high spec furnishings throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone who might be browsing.

Sascha is a great host, proactive communicator and demonstrated great flexibility during my stay. The apartment appears exactly as it’s advertised; spacious, modern, well looked after and most importantly very clean! Can’t wait for an excuse to come back to NY and this time I’ll know exactly where to stay.

I stayed in Sascha’s place for 5 weeks. Truly a wonderful host and place. The apartment is beautifully furnished with tasteful and unique furniture pieces and original artworks. Located on the back side of the building, the place is filled with southern light overlooking back gardens and beautiful trees. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Even the neighbors are quiet. Very close to subway stations, the charming West Village, Little Island, and the High Line, among many attractions. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Sascha's Airbnb and had an exceptional experience. Sascha was a fantastic host - kind, responsive, and lovely. The apartment was clean, in a great location, and offered great value for money. I highly recommend Sascha and can't wait to stay here again
