Designed with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and smart TV will make you feel right at home This spacious apartment offers 2 bedrooms (both have queen beds), dining area, family room, well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Beautiful and vintage millwork throughout, big windows that offer great lighting. Relax and enjoy movies and shows on the Smart TV, or walk across the street to Chase Park (Tennis, Basketball Court, Playground), or head to all the restaurants, cafes, bars that are walking distance! During your stay at our apartment you will have full and private access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor (Apt 2). You will have access to the laundry room located in the basement. There is free street parking on Leland and Greenview. Good location, very clean and spacious
The accommodation was situated in an ideal location that surpassed our expectations. Securing parking was a breeze, which was a major plus since we rented a car. The place boasted a distinctive Chicago charm that added to the experience. The living spaces were generously sized, bathed in an abundance of natural light streaming through the expansive windows. Cleanliness was top-notch, and as a delightful bonus, the coffee machine came fully equipped with a generous supply of coffee.
