David's place is perfect if you want to stay in the middle of the action, just a block away from Gran Via, you can really walk anywhere or take the metro so that's a plus. David's place had everything needed and he was always responsive and attentive. Would stay there again!

I had a wonderful time in Madrid. David’s places located in the heart of the city, everything just few steps away. Peaceful sunny balcony with beautiful European view. The place was clean and perfect. Thank you David for everything! Hope to be back soon!

Great stay, Was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Didn't even need to use the metro. It was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

David’s place was a great spot to adventure in the city, able walk out in all directions to explore the less touristy and more authentic tapas experiences, beautiful parks, sights and array of culture on offer! Though we spent little time in the flat, it was cosy, clean and provided good nights of sleep and good showers.
