Sandie's is great. It's everything on the description and more. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, metro was not that far away, it was quite close to the downtown area. Sandie herself was amazing. Fast replies, good recommendations. The place was excellent, specially for the price. Sandie left us water, snacks, takeout menus, recommendations, coffee, tea, towels and tons of bathroom amenities. A++

HI Everyone, I have a spare back room with private a entrance. I 've been using as my office. Friends have told me to host people that "its an adorable room." About me: I like meeting people, eating, walking, cycle and knowing new things. I love venturing in my neiborhood and other surronding areas to find great places to eat, grab coffee, and have treats. So if you are looking for a recommenation I can provide. Also, I cycle, so you may see me in cycling gear. I often walk the park adjacent to my home, locol markets, and walk up to Cal State College and walk at the campus. There are plenty of great hills and if you walk up high enough there are great scenic views of mountains and downtown. You are welcome to bring a friendly dog. I have two myself.
