Great location and staff was very attentive and flexible. Our flight arrived early and they allowed us an earlier check in than was scheduled, which we appreciated. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

Amazing!! This is by far the best possible location you can stay in! The hotel was extremely clean the staff were so kind! Everything was beyond perfect!

Great location close to shops, restaurants, Amtrak Back Bay Station and public transportation, Prudential. Front Desk was very hospital and helpful. I traveled solo, and it was perfect—I might feel cramped with companion. Guest room was clean.
