I’ve used Airbnb for many years. This was the first time I wasn’t really satisfied. I was assigned to the 5th floor but I was not aware there was not an elevator. In addition, I was told there would be someone available to assist with any questions I had. I never seen any staff members there the entire time. The location of the Airbnb was not as safe as I would have liked. Also there is no microwave.

Great location if you want a walkable bnb with easy access to transit and uber. Main issues we had was that the BnB TV would not access the internet which considering the unit didn’t have many amenities that was a bummer. Additionally the pictures for the airbnb showed a couch in the unit and we didn’t realize this was in the lounge on the first floor and not in the unit we got. They also make you use their sonder app to check in and you have scan your ID and your face which felt really off since we didn’t see it mentioned in the listing. The airbnb also had someone else’s long hair in our bed as well but looked seemingly clean other wise. Overall it was a 5/10 for us it didn’t feel like it was worth $200+ for a tiny studio (if you want to call it that) when we could have done a hotel for the same cost.

This is a great location. Don’t expect anything else, and that’s not an insult or that anyone did anything to make the stay bad. This is a place to crash, shower, go out, come home and sleep. And it’s perfect for that. Everything is clean, have to take the stairs to every floor, is what it is. Great location, no frills. That’s what to expect.

The ad I read stated the room was on the top floor which is exactly what I was looking for. I've stayed in too many air bnb's to know the people upstairs are always very loud. This was not the top floor. I never would've stayed here know it wasn't. The room in the ad was a lot larger. There was more space in the ad picture and there were two windows which I was very happy about as I like the sunshine in my room. I only had one small window. The room was very small and everything was clustered together. The noise... oh my. Typically in the mornings and evenings is listening to others men and their bedroom activities. Upon arrival I thought it was cute that they had supplied Ear plugs and a sound machine. Well, many times I had to utilize the air conditioning, the shower fan, the TV, ear plugs, and the sound machine. Very loud. I do appreciate the add ons but they need to work on how the rooms main doors slam and shake the building. Very clean. Great amenities.
