The apartment was delightful: clean, charming, spacious. and located in a very secure and quiet building. The location couldn’t have been better. There are numerous travel options with several metro lines and buses within 5 minutes. And of course the Louvre and Opera are easily accessible with lots of interesting shops and restaurants along the short walk. This is a city apartment meaning there’s a lot on the doorstep to see and do, but it’s tucked away from the main thoroughfares making it quiet at night. Part of my stay I had guests and they found the sofa bed very comfortable and the room spacious, quiet and private. They loved the style of the apartment. The bedroom was perfect - a clean, comfortable bed, plenty of storage, spacious and lots of natural light, but with a shutter when privacy is required. The shower was amazing! Greta was a wonderful host and quickly responded to any questions or concerns before and during my stay. I will definitely stay again.

Because this apartment is on the 5th floor, you can see the rooftops of apartments - as well as having plenty of light. The apartment is filled with modern conveniences that only a spoiled American like me would hope for. Most importantly the apartment is walking distance to amazing restaurants (mind you, it's difficult to find a bad restaurant in Paris), as well as a fantastic 20 minute walk to The Louvre, 25 minutes to Musée D'Orsay, 8 minutes to one of the world's great opera houses ... and 12 minutes to perhaps the most beautiful shopping mall in the world. Although I didn't really have any problems, any time I'd text Greta (where do I deposit the garbage?), she would get right back to me. I had a magical month in Greta's apartment!

Amazing stay at Greta’s apartment! In the heart of Paris, very close to Opéra Garnier with great restaurants nearby! Greta is very nice, helpful and responsive. I totally recommend her place and will definitely book again for my next trip in Paris.

에어비앤비 이용이 처음이었는데, 숙소가 기대 이상으로 넓고 깨끗해 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 제공된 샴푸와 세제의 품질이 좋았고, 난방 시설도 따뜻해서 추운 날씨에 아늑함을 느꼈습니다. 빈대 걱정을 했었는데, 숙소가 청결하여 그런 문제는 전혀 경험하지 않았습니다. 온수와 수압이 매우 좋아 샤워하는 동안 편안했으며, 화장실도 깨끗하게 유지되어 있었습니다. 위치도 매우 훌륭해서 백화점, 오페라 가르니에, 루브르 박물관, 오르세 박물관과 아주 가까웠고, 숙소 바로 일층에는 맛집들이 많아 매우 편리했습니다.
