A centrally located neighborhood, 10-15 min walking distance to Moscone Center, public transportation - MUNI 🚌 & BART 🚆, shared bikes & scooters, Museums, Live Theater, Restaurants, Breweries, Wine bars, Coffee Shops, Nightclubs 🪩& Live Music Venues making it the perfect homebase for city exploration. Your Room: This beautiful room has a comfy Queen-size bed, cotton sheets, multiple pillows, white noise sound machine, comfortable reading chair, closet with towels, hangers and small dresser, space heater and a fan. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom if you need to do any work from home. Kitchen & Living Room & Backyard: Please feel free to use the lovely, fully equipped kitchen. You are more than welcome to prepare meals! Complimentary coffee, tea, fruit, and breakfast items are provided! Enjoy relaxing and dining in the living room/common area or backyard. Fast Wi-Fi throughout home and backyard. Bathroom: It's a shared split bathroom. A room with a toilet equipped with a bidet and squatty potty. And a room with shower and hand sink. Some toiletries, hair dryer and hair iron are provided. Laundry Room - Washer & dryer: Iron & Ironing Board Located by the kitchen and can be used between 1p-10pm. Laundry Detergent and Fabric Softener are provided. • If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear-plugs. The house is old, so the insulation isn't the best. • And even though there will be 2 other guests staying at the house, they will all be highly verified and evaluated by AirBnB registration policies. I have never had any issues with security.
