It's a very cool location, close to the diagonal, lots of different establishments, and the street itself is quiet. I recommend the parking lot 50 meters from the Neptu building, you can leave your car there for 165 euros/month. The space is wide. The apartment has everything you need. Of the minuses: - Bad smell from the sewer throughout the apartment. Sometimes very strong :( - The roller shutter on the balcony does not close the balcony door, it is broken Overall, we stayed for a month and are happy with the place.

Perfect location, nicely decorated, well equipped and good communication with host. There’s a problem with bad smell, possibly damp.
