Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go! Our lakeside Lodges are set on Headlands Farm Fishery, 18 acres of outstanding natural countryside with two lakes and away from noise and light pollution. Our guests are welcome to walk around the lakes and grounds, dogs must be on leads at all times. Oak Lodge is nestled into the trees with private parking (just outside), decking, access to our Lakes and totally private. Oak Lodge has a cosy double bedroom with plenty of space for luggage and hanging, a separate bunk bed room with 2 full sized single beds, large shower room with luxury organic toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you require and a spacious lounge and diner with tv. Help yourself to breakfast, which includes: selection of cereals, sliced bread loaf, fresh farm eggs, milk, orange juice, jam, butter, tea, coffee & sugar. Alternatively, enjoy our on-site coffee shop - Headlands Farm Coffee Shop for a freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as fantastic cakes and even better coffee! Oak Lodge Anglers are welcome to fish from any fishing swim around our two lakes, with a few swims within 20 meters, opposite the decking. Please note, You cannot fish directly from Oak Lodge. A maximum of 2 anglers per lodge. Fishing rate is half price for lodge guests payable in the Fishery club house on arrival, or call us to pay beforehand if you wish, you do not need to book beforehand. Dogs, we love meeting your pets which are very much welcomed to Headlands Farm. We ask that you walk them on leads AT ALL TIMES due to free range chickens and anglers around our lakes. They are also welcome in our coffee shop. We charge an additional £15 cleaning fee for the extra time it takes our superstar housekeepers to deep clean the lodge. This can be paid once here if you haven’t done beforehand. For this reason, check in / out times are unfortunately strict. Our lodges are beautifully isolated in the countryside. There’s no need for you to come into contact with anyone during your stay, including us! However, we are always contactable by phone/text and on hand should you require us.
