Great place. Perfect central location, quiet street. Close to metro and buses. less than 20 min walk to the center and all attractions. Less than 30 min walk to the beach. Recommend it, and definitely will book it again if I visit Barcelona in the future.

We stayed at Alexis' for a few nights while working at a theatre in Barcelona. He was very kind and accommodating—my friend unfortunately was robbed (it's Barcelona after all) and Alexis kindly helped us get new keys made for his apartment. Overall great location for exploring—and I nice throwback to the days when airbnb was always staying in someone's house.
