Beautiful and comfortable room with private in-suite bathroom. The room has one of the best views of the Marlin's Stadium you can imagine. Your room is also equipped with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker, should you need more you are welcome to use the main kitchen. The house has a large patio and spacious common areas for your use. It is walking distance from Marlis Park and in the middle between downtown and the airport, also very close to Jackson Memorial and the port of Miami. The house was originally built in the great construction boom of the 1920's. It has all it's original windows and hardwood floors on the first floor and common areas. We rebuilt all the bathrooms, kitchen and the common areas. There is plenty of parking in the front of the house and a large backyard for you to relax.

Mi estancia fue perfecta, muy hogareña; la casa tiene espacios acogedores ,amplios, la cocina es completamente equipada con todo lo que necesites para preparar tus propias comidas, la limpieza de la casa fue impecable y está muy bien organizada y fácilmente accesible Sergio el propietario fue muy amable y atenta, ofrece consejos sobre qué hacer y dónde ir en la zona. The Riverside Neighborhood is one of Miami's first neighborhoods. Mansions for Doctors, Judges and Lawyers due to the proximity to the Downtown Courthouses and the Jackson Medical Complex. In modern time we benefit from the proximity to Marlin's Stadium, Little Havana, Downtown, and the Airport.

We are lucky to be in the intersection of the 836 Expressway (which runs east-west and will take you east to South Beach in about 10 mins or west to the Airport in 5 mins) and the I-95 Expressway (which runs north-south and will take you to Wynwood in about 10 mins). We are also very close to Little Havana and Coral Gables. The following are some landmarks and their driving distances:
Airport: 5 mins
Downtown: 5 mins
South Beach: 10 mins
Wynwood: 10 mins
Coral Gables: 10 mins
Dolphin Mall: 20 mins
Public transportation is usually lacking in Miami but ride sharing is plentiful and you can use it to go to the metro station and connect there to the public transportation system.
