You can go from the apartment in about 15 to 20 minutes. You can go from around 2,000 yen to around 2,600 yen.
Also, you can use transportation.
From the apartment, walk to Minami Gyotoku Station and take the Keisei bus to Shinurayasu Station.
From there you can go to Maihama Station on the Keiyo Line. Tokyo Disney Resort is close to Maihama Station.
The last flight of the Keisei Bus from Shinurayasu Station to Minami Gyotoku Station is around 23:00.
There is a 100 yen Lawson on the first floor of the apartment.
There is Seven-Eleven on the other side, so you won't have to worry about late-night meals.
