Incredible ocean view and Kona city lights at night!!! Sunsets were incredible we took some amazing photos. Balcony had two sitting areas which we enjoyed for private time. Back yard has a nice playground equipment for kids and nice grill. Views from both bedrooms. A dream vacation. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkeling gear provided. Coffee and tea also provided. Refrigerator has filtered water and ice maker. Air fryer was super handy. Full size washer and dryer. The neighborhood walking trail is an extra plus without having to drive. Chris gives excellent instructions for the steep drive way which most homes in neighborhood have. Beds comfy, linens soft. Onsite tenant Taylor super nice and friendly. Chris responded quickly to any requests we had. I have stayed at another Airbnb Chris also had and highly recommend any of his properties. Chris is definitely a SUPER host. He will not disappoint!!! Mahalo Donna and family

Very friendly host and provided super flexible check in. Fantastic view and rooms (clean and organized). Definitely will consider this place for next visit.

Chris’s place was a perfect home base for our vacation, especially with a young child. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watching the sunset from the deck, which has beautiful views. The home was comfortable, and all the kids stuff (high chair, pack n play, swing set in the yard, toys) was a huge plus for us. We were an easy ride from town, beaches, and plenty of activities, and we appreciated Chris’s recommendations. He was a very responsive and great host. Highly recommend.
