Open and go through that, walk up 3 flights of stairs to the 4th Floor and you’ll find your Apt LF entry door (LF = Loft Front) -This is a private entire apartment, which was a deconversion of a previous duplexed up apartment (3rd & 4th Fl used to be combined). This is the reason there is Central Heat & Air Conditioning but not an individual thermostat. There is no interior access to the 3rd fl apartment to or from, everything is private & access is secured. -The skylight faces North and brings in great natural light. The window near the kitchen faces East, also provides great light, and has traditional blinds + a blackout curtain. If you would want to cover up the light coming in from the skylight, we have provided a curtain in the closet that can be hung via hooks mounted on the skylight. -Generously-sized walk-in closet; bathroom is smaller but is a uniquely functional room that incorporates the building’s architecture. Taller (6’3”+) residents may find the sink a bit awkward to use at first + mirror height might be a bit low.
