民宿很大，设施齐全，老板娘是中国人沟通顺畅。从车站到民宿可以提前联系接送。温泉很棒！早餐也很完美！

Book your bus ride from Tokyo in advance, it's essential. Their place is quite far by foot (15mins away), so Sugimori-san picked us up from the bus stop while Lily welcomed us when we got home. We can borrow their bikes for free. Yay! They are both hands-on, lovely people and helpful. Although both of them cannot speak or understand English well, Lily (speaks Mandarin and Japanese) has a translator device to talk to us so we were able to raise all our concerns, questions and commend them with our satisfaction. Dinner and breakfast should be booked in advance with them (we weren't able to when we arrrived) but their meals are top-notch. Thank you for helping us with our trip back to Tokyo. Sugimori sent us to the bus stop upon our check-out. Much love to Lily and Sugimori-san ❤️ All's extremely clean and tidy. The onsens are awesome. It was an amazing and peaceful experience overall. The areas around Mt. Fuji closes early so plan in advance, need reservations on some restaurants.

The host are a very lovely couple. They picked us up from the bus station, explained to us everything in detail. the onsens were really nice, you can lock them for private usage. at the day of check-out they proactively offered to drive us. they both are very kind, helpful and always cheerful. it was a pleasant stay

The hosts were very warm, energetic and friendly. Their breakfast is one of the best meals we had during our trip! The multiple onsens are a real treat, and it was overall a wonderful experience - there’s even a nice view of Fuji mountain on the 3rd floor. We are looking forward to coming again!

A really nice property in a good location. Pick ups from and to the bus terminal can be arranged prior, and the hosts are kind and responsive. Great place, fantastic hosts.
