Pros: The house is beautiful, in a nice quiet neighborhood, great location just a few miles southwest of the strip. Plenty of stores and restaurants around the area. The kitchen and master bedroom are huge, the master bathroom has a very nice walk-in shower. The third floor has a pool table, which we enjoyed (the cue sticks are worn though). The host is very quick to reply and makes sure the guest feels at home. Check-in and check-out directions are clear and simple. Cons: The backyard is tiny with no grass, even smaller front yard (the entire neighborhood is the same way). While the kitchen is gorgeous, it is missing some things (couldn’t find a cutting board, not much silverware, lots of empty cupboards). We watched tv a couple nights and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the closed captioning. The right side of the master bed sags (I slept fine, but it might be an issue for some people). The pros far outweigh the negatives, would be happy to stay there again.

Très belle maison, spacieuse et agréable, facile d'accès. Beaucoup d'équipements sont présents : garage, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à laver, sèche-linge, lessive... Et une salle de billard ! Les chambres sont confortables et la pièce à vivre est vraiment superbe. La cuisine est grande et toute équipée. Les photos et la description correspondent à la réalité de la maison, située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. A environ 20 min en voiture du Las Vegas Strip. Nous avons trouvé cela très bien car pas trop loin et à la fois pas trop près de l'agitation de Vegas. L'arrivée autonome avec un code est très pratique, surtout pour nous qui sommes arrivés tard le soir. Ivy est une hôte très réactive, qui a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a donné des indications avant et tout au long de notre séjour. Elle s'est montrée très disponible pour nous. Je reviendrai avec plaisir chez elle. Je recommande vivement !
