Great place to place to stay. Gated community. But wasn't as close to downtown as featured. Would recommend Jake to friends and family.

Jake’s place was spacious, clean, and centrally located. I would book again if looking for a budget friendly space to accommodate a small group. Pros: - Clean - Spacious - Less than 15 mins to downtown and third ward hotspots. - Perfect for the price. - very clean - lots of spices left from previous guests ( you can make a meal like you were at home) Cons: - Lots of steps. LOTS. One flight to get to the main living area and then another flight to get to bedrooms. - train runs nearby and you can hear it. It’s not as bad in the bedrooms but just an fyi. - AC was non existent in the first floor bedroom (a fan is provided)

When we arrived one gate was broke then you had to get out the car to put the code in for the gate to open mind you we’ve never been to that neighborhood before so that’s not safe. Got inside door knob with sticky and dirty and so was the light switches. Place was dusty. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting stains on the toilet seat, shower curtain bad mold on it. One shower was getting clogged up while you shower, sheets every single room had stains on them like they haven’t been washed in a while. Towels that was left out for us were wet, there was hair on the bed. And one of the rooms is secluded from the other rooms all the way downstairs by itself by the door to go outside and the air in that room didn’t work at all, and they were controlling the air because it kept shutting off. And Jake lol there is no Jake, but Travis responded quickly and got a cleaning crew over but all they did was sweep I mean vacuum the floor and text on their phone and leave. I wouldn’t recommend
