The house is inside its own private garden of 7000 square meters, in the heart of Torcello, next to the famous Locanda Cipriani of Torcello. At few tens of meters from the home are the Basilica Santa Maria Assunta (626, 826, 1008 AD), the Church Santa Fosca (1100 AD) and the Museum of the Island's History and Archaeology. From Torcello you can reach Burano and Mazzorbo with the ACTV water buses (lines 12 and 18) in 5', Treporti in 20', Murano in 30', Venice in 40' and Venice Lido in one hour. The house in red brick can be reached walking 10 minutes in the road alongside the canal that leads from the Torcello vaporetto station to its centre. Its access is from the wooden gate at number 33, next to the famous Locanda Cipriani. The house has two floors. At the ground floor you enter the living-dining room which has a dining table for 6 - 10 people, three armchairs and a large fireplace. At the left side of the entrance, the kitchenette with a 4-burner gas hob, two electric ovens, fridge and freezer, a sink, a dishwasher, a pantry and cupboards for cutlery, crockery, pots, etc. Small appliances are available for espresso, kettle, toaster and hand blender. At the right side of the living room, the first double bedroom with private bathroom and at the left side of it the service area, not dedicated but accessible to the guests. It consist of a bedroom and a bathroom which, in addition to the toilet fixtures and the bathtub, contains boiler room, washing machine and dryer. The staircase leads to the first floor living room with a small bookcase, record player, two large sofas, coffee table with 4 chairs and small fireplace. The living room leads to two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The three guest bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed and their bathrooms have a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. All rooms have air conditioning and two or three windows with mosquito nets. Outside the house, a Pompeian protected with a rain and sun cloth and a dining table for 10 people. Also outside is a wood-burning oven for preparing pizzas and bread. The 7000 m2 garden has 110 olive trees, a lawn for playing soccer and two wooden buildings for the machines and tools necessary for the garden.
