Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un mese: il mese peggiore mai fatto prima. Abbiamo pagato per avere una casa con cucina e al nostro arrivo quest’ultima non era minimamente funzionante. Nonostante il sollecito a chi di dovere per chiedere un intervento/riparazione, non ci è stato fornito alcun supporto. La casa inoltre non è sul mare ma le spiagge più vicine distano 30’ in macchina. La comunicazione con Nicky è stata particolarmente difficoltosa in quanto poco reattivo ai messaggi. La sconsiglio vivamente

The condo itself was clean and nice however..... be aware this is a giant tourist “trap.” Upon arrival at Phuket airport I had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to arrive as he was 30 minutes late (I ordered a driver with the host.) Once I arrived at the condo I picked up my keys with Otto and his family and rented a scooter from them (since they are located in front of the building.) He then started asking and promoting trips in Phuket , tiger temple and some other stuff that I wasn’t interested in. I understand Phuket is a very touristy province but at the end of my trip I was grabbing a grab taxi back to the airport (660 baht) and Otto told me he can drive me back for 650. Upon arrival at the airport he told me he didn’t have change ... the best part was that he wanted to stop at a gas station on the way to buy some coffee... don’t you think that would have been a good time to get change? You shouldn’t be promoting your taxi service if you don’t offer change . Just felt it was done on purpose and as someone who lived in Thailand for four years felt the whole experience with Otto was disturbing. Him pushing trips and tours and the whole taxi ride was just weird. I understand that you want to stop for coffee on the way ... no problem , but when you tell me you don’t have change once we arrive at the airport is just a giant slap in the face and preying on tourist . He could of gotten some change at the coffee shop that we stopped at for 30 minutes ... I ended up just giving him the 700 as he so desperate despite him saying 600 was enough after we both looked at each other for 30 seconds in awkwardness. I suggest all people to use grab taxi in Phuket once your arrive at the airport and once you want to leave . They have cheaper prices and give change. The fact that you give them a review once they drop you off means they won’t scam you.

Nan is a really helpful and friendly host. Even if we didn't meet each other she replied to our phone call and helped us regarding the bus station nearby. In addition, she allowed a earlier check-in because we arrived in the morning in Phuket. The condo is very nice and the space is used excellent. The rooftop pool was amazing during sunset and full moon. We would stay there again!
