位置很方便，出门右转步行2～3分钟便可以到达电车站，3路，16路都可以直达市区。房子位于大厦的最高层12层，从阳台看出去，可以看到海与湖，看到Albert 公园。可以走过去到湖边跑步。房子入住时钥匙交接时没有找到房东放置地点，后来房东在Airbnb发来照片图示很清楚，很快就拿到了钥匙🔑。这次遗憾时间太赶了只住了两天，下次来一定多住几天。

We had a great stay at Hugo. Paul and Dan were very helpful. Easy to follow instructions. Apartment is in a great location. Close to Tram stops. Room very clean and modern. Super comfy beds. Carpark so handy. Great value for money for a stylish and comfortable apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Close to everything and right across from Albert Park Lake. Clean and spacious. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Thanks for a great few days

I would say the check-in was quite unusual (bike lock on a public pole and in an alleyway) and almost unsafe IF after hours/dark, so would definitely keep this in mind if travelling solo/female. The apartment was very tidy but could use a bit of a clean, nice welcome pack and host decently responsive! Biggest issue was the heating appliance was not working, we raised the issue and followed all the guides, unfortunately there was no resolution, and host did not provide additional bedding so the entire stay was extremely cold as it was winter in Melbourne🥴. On the last day we were advised there was a portable heater however we looked everywhere and none located. Upon check-out host advised the appliance was working fine so no resolution was provided during or after our trip :( . Thankfully Airbnb did step in and provided a reasonable partial refund. Overall it was alright (besides the heating, which was an inconvenience as we had a guest w/ a medical condition) and solid location.
