Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf area. Modern one bedroom with full bathroom and eating area. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Only 1 block away from Ghirardelli Square and walking distance to Aquatic Park, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, North Beach and Chinatown. Numerous restaurants nearby. The suite is separate, private, and located in the lower level of our house. The space is used exclusively for our Airbnb guests only and it has its own private separate entrance through the side yard and away from the street . The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes linens, toiletries, ironing board and travel iron. The bathroom en suite is stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo and hair dryer. The living room has a flat screen TV, sitting area with 2 wing chairs and an In-Wall Bed unit with a regular size Queen mattress. The eating area seats 4 and features a microwave, coffee maker, basic utensils, cookware, tea kettle, and refrigerator. The unit is heated by in-floor radiant heat. The unit has its own WiFi for our guests. Clothes Washer and Dryer are NOT available in our place. HOUSE RULES: -Not suitable for children (2-12 years) -Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) -Not suitable for pets (Due to allergies, no animals or pets of any type will be allowed in the unit.) -NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED. -No parties or events Additional rules: - Check in time 2PM-10PM (AFTER HOURS and LATE CHECK IN TIMES ARE NOT AVAILABLE) - Quiet hours after 10PM - We kindly request that you do not bring additional guests to the house beyond those in the reservation. -Must climb stairs. -No parking on property (Paid parking is available 1/2 block away at Ghirardelli Square)Additional rules -Due to allergies, NO pets or animals of any type will be allowed in the unit. -3rd Party Bookings are NOT allowed. -Registered Airbnb account holder reserving our place MUST be present during the stay. -In consideration to our future guests, please DO NOT do any cooking of foods or use of spices with strong lingering smells, including but not limited to shellfish, curry, and use of fish sauce.
