NO WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT. COMMUNAL LAUNDRY. You need to create a card to do laundry- the card machine was broken for the unforeseeable future and my husband had to Uber to a laundromat 2 miles away. We were reimbursed for the cost but wasted 3-4 hours. When we finally did laundry at the Airbnb, it ate $10 trying to make the card but got lucky that the maintenance had an extra. The only clean bed linen that’s provided was the one already on the bed (and no flat sheet), so as somebody that likes to wash bed linen weekly, it was extremely inconvenient. The place has a lot of potentials but the shower is weak, drain is very slow, and curtain had mildew (was changed). Vents are very dusty. Blinds have seen better days. Only 3 forks and spoons. Provided us with 1 extra roll of TP for a 5 week stay and no hand soap in kitchen or bathroom. The saving grace was the location.

Loved staying in this wonderful apartment. So much space for my daughter’s wheelchair. A ton of closet space! A beautiful and safe location close to Shirley Ryan Abilitylab, restaurants and shopping! I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in this apartment for 2 months while doing a summer internship in Chicago and absolutely loved it! The apartment is a fantastic location, I could truly walk to everything - my office, the lakefront, the River, shopping, groceries, great restaurants, etc. Tali is super responsive and was always willing to help me out throughout the summer. It’s a great building, everyone was super friendly! I would definitely recommend!
