Farm to table fresh vegetables and fruits in seasonal garden right out your door and daily fresh eggs, should you choose to cook in fully outfitted kitchen or electric grill outside. Our Guest House is a manufactured home on our property. It is your retreat from the busyness of the day. All amenities are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Smart TV, WIFI is available to enhance your stay. Outside: Large screened porch with electric grill, seasonal garden. Fully outfitted kitchen. ***Please note: Due to the Covid Virus, we have removed some of the games, toys and reading materials. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our guest's safety is of utmost importance. Please bring games and soft, stuffed animals or dolls for young ones to make them feel at home.

Richard and Nancy made our stay easy and relaxing. They included many personal touches to make us feel welcome. It is easy to find and very convenient for events at The Omni. I highly recommend!
Richard and Nancy were amazing hosts!!!! Before we arrived they ensured that there were plenty of snacks available for our family and even went above and beyond to get a small birthday cake for our daughter as we were celebrating my daughter turning 4! The house was clean and quiet with more than enough toys, games and snacks! I cannot recommend staying with Richard and Nancy enough and will be keeping an eye out for their place for our next trip!!!!
We have enjoyed our stay in Richard’s and Nancy’s guesthouse very much. Well situated near the theme parks and Orlando. We used our stay to take a little break during our road trip and we enjoyed it very much. The guest house is very cosy and offers a lot of space. Richard and Nancy were very kind and have taken very good care of us by providing a lot of nice food!

Amazing place to stay! Especially if you have little ones! We felt right at home, and Nancy and Richard were always there if we had any questions! They are just the friendliest couple ever. We arrived to snacks and a handwritten note! It was very touching. Our kids loved all of the snacks. It was very clean! And the trundle beds were great. Along with the high chair. And they had some toys to play with too. The kids had fun running around the fenced yard. This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We hope we can stay here again in the future!

We are near the Champions Gate and Reunion golf resorts, shopping, and dining. There is easy access to I-4, or side streets to Disney. While Winsome Farm and Guest House is an anomaly with a country setting, just 12 miles south of Disney's Animal Kingdom, there are really great restaurants and things to do close by. In Champions Gate there are a variety of familiar franchise restaurants, including Red Robin, China 1, Chili's and then local favorites like the Four Corners Tavern, Miller's Ale House and The Fish and Chip Shop. The Posner Park Mall, four miles south, has major shopping and restaurant options such as Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, J. C. Penney's, Book A Million, Milchaels's, Ross,and Best Buy. Eateries include Starbucks, The Davenport Ale House, D'Oro Palazzo Italian Restaurant, CiCi's Pizza, and the Zen Asian Grill. The Cinepolis I Max theater is a popular recent addition. The upcoming Posner Village will have a conference center and resort with a village feel. The multiple additional shopping includes Home Goods, Marshalls, Bealls, Rack Room shoes, Bath and Body Works, as well as restaurant options, and an event center.
It is nice to have access to retail and restaurants. But it is wonderful to sit outside on the porch and hear the birds about the conservancy.
Uber and private transportation services are available. No public tranportation is currently available.

We were childhood friends, adventuring through marriage ever since. Our faith, family, friends, and home are important to us. We enjoy our small farm and the joys each day brings. We live in a great area in Central Florida, close to all the action, activities and amenities, but set apart for evenings with family and friends, new and old. We enjoy our vegetable garden, animals, old movies and still watch our old VHS and DVDs. We may have some of your favorites.
