Kobe's place is as described. It is calm, and tucked away in the complex, mostly free of noises. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed. It is a bit dark, not much lights gets through to the space so it is a bit dreary feeling there.

This listing was spacious for my dog and I. I appreciated the location tremendously because many of the places visited wasn't more than 20m away. There's a Kroger right across the street and a variety of options to eat from in walking distance. The full sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of space to do your makeup & great lighting with mirrors. If you're working from home, there are multiple spaces to work from comfortably (bedroom, dining room or living room chair). Two people can easily enjoy their stay here. The couch is uncomfortable so unsure of how three guests can sleep here. The community is gated which made me feel safe as a solo traveler and the neighbors were chill. Maintenance was done on the community twice while I was there for the month where the water would be turned off during business hours. Kobe would give you a heads up about inconveniences like this as well as planned internet outages.

I stayed at the place for one month. It was comfortable and clean, with calm surroundings. The host was always responsive. I got the mid-stay cleaning done with ease. It's in a good, accessible neighborhood.
